Upset Stomach

Doctor #1: “I have a patient with a 20 cm tumor on her stomach. She hasn’t seen a doctor in 14 years. What do you suggest for treatment?”

Doctor #2: “Well, there’s a few things. Are you sure it’s GI? The good thing about the stomach is that it’s a more sterile environment than most, which leads to less risk of a perf.”

Doctor #1: “I’m pretty sure. I’m also thinking of radiation treatment?”

Doctor #2: “It may not be effective on a tumor this size. Hmm, I would do something a little less painful, too. How about carbotaxol, instead?”

Doctor #3: “I agree.”
