W/ or W/o Contrast?

Patient comes in complaining of headaches. The doctor requests a CT scan angiogram to rule out a brain aneuryism. In order to request (and charge) it correctly, the front clerk needed to know if it was with or without contrasting dye.

Apparently, it was with the dye. Doctor informed me that all angiograms require the use of contrasting dye. (It is common knowledge) :-).
